2-4 rounds, rest 1-2 minutes between rounds. 

 1a) Alternating Single Leg BW Glute Bridge: 12-15 reps (each side)

1b) Hip Hinge with PPT: 15-20 reps

1c) Quadruped Donkey Kick into Fire Hydrant: 10-12 reps (each side)

1d) Plank with Hip Extension into Side Abduction: 10-12 reps (each side)
